Background
BBaca Engineering is individually owned and operated and has been providing property evaluations for more than twelve years.
In that time we have completed over 7,000 inspections. We have completed over 800 building inspections in 2005. Our philosophy has always been to provide outstanding support from scheduling to building evaluation, with testing and analysis where required, to final report with follow up in seving our clients.
We work as a team in the real estate transaction to inform and educate our client.

Today's homes are fairly complex. Mechanical, structural and electrical components
of any house could be fairly elaborate.
Beside home inspection, we also inspect on request well and septic systems,
test for Radon, sample for mold and fungus, We perform FHA/HUD certification
and inspection. Swimming pools and Spas are inspected per request. We also specialize
in historic and landmark structures.
