Request for FHA HUD Foundation Inspection and Certification are on the rise and BBaca Engineering has been providing this service along with our other services for the past 13 years. All manufactured foundations new and existing, must meet the guidelines published in the Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Housing (HUD-7584), dated September 1996.

A certification attesting to compliance with this handbook must be obtained from a licensed professional engineer.

BBaca Engineering provides this type of inspection and certifies in AZ, CA and NM along with a comprehensive report and photos. In the event said property does not meet FHA HUD specifications BBaca Engineering provides a report on how to make it meet these specifications along with photos and companies that perform these services to make it meet FHA HUD compliance, based on location of property.
